How does ProofHub’s pricing work?

ProofHub offers three plans based on your team size requirements.

Small team plan: Fixed price of $79 per month for a team of 10 users when billed annually ($89 per month on monthly billing). Includes all core features.
Large team plan: Fixed price of $139 per month for the first 3 months when billed annually ($153 per month on monthly billing), then $179 per month when billed annually ($199 per month on monthly billing). Includes core features plus advanced options for 100 users.
Large team plus plan: Fixed price of $279 per month when billed annually ($310 monthly). Includes everything in the large team plan and supports an unlimited number of users, ideal for large organizations.

Is there any charge per user?

No, there is no charge per user, so you can add as many users as you want without paying any extra charges.

Is there any long-term contract?

There’s no contract on any of the packages; you can cancel or opt out of your plan anytime. It is simply ‘pay as you go’ service.

Do you offer discount for nonprofits?

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. To change it, click on Manage > Account / billing > Manage plan and choose the plan that best suits your team’s requirements.

What is your refund policy?

What are the modes of payment that you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, as well as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Yes, we do accept payment via bank transfer, but only for a yearly subscription. You can contact us at support@proofhub.com and we will issue you an invoice of your subscription.

Please note that wire transfer charges will also be included in the invoice.

What happens when the trial ends?

Our support team will email you before your trial expires. Once you provide your payment information, your trial account will become permanent and all of your projects, files, and other data will remain intact. If you opt not to pay at the end of your trial, your account will expire.
